We've raised the weekly creator payout pools to their largest size ever: 250K Robux for models + 100K for worlds — 350K R$ every week. The first two payouts at the new pools have gone out — 360,435 R$ to 572 creators, then 362,796 R$ to 539 — 723,231 Robux in two weeks.

In January we committed to sharing 10 million Robux with creators in 2026. For most of the year we ran behind that line. This is the step that closes it:

Payouts have now run 101 weeks in a row, and the pool has never once shrunk — 40K through most of 2025, 100K at Christmas, 350K today. The faded bars are the rest of 2026 at the new pools, already locked in:

The rest of this post is what those pools land on — who sees the work, how it's received, and what creators actually earn.

Bigger pools

The pools have grown faster than the number of creators splitting them. An earning model creator now averages nearly 600 R$ in a week; an earning world creator averages around 900:

Here is every creator who has earned 1,000+ R$, drawn at once:

Several creators have converted their BIRD earnings to real money using Roblox's Developer Exchange. 30,000 R$ is the minimum to cash out. 59 BIRD creators have crossed it, and the count doing so each year keeps increasing:

How the payouts work

Every week we split two pools of Robux among community creators: 250K for models, 100K for worlds. There's no application — publishing publicly puts a creation in the pool.

  • Models: the more players use a model, the bigger its share.
  • Worlds: shares follow the hours players spend in each world.
  • Plus 200 R$ for publishing a new model that week.

Payouts run every Sunday, and every one is published — see the most recent →. At 30,000 Robux, earnings can be exchanged for real money through Roblox's Developer Exchange.
